ABOUT KYRIDIAN

I’ve spent my career watching good people operate inside complicated systems.

And I’ve seen what happens when those systems work—and when they don’t.

My career didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began in the United States Air Force, where information had to move, decisions had to be made, and people had to understand what they owned.

Later, leading teams and building operations in growing organizations, I began seeing the same challenge in a very different environment.

The people didn’t suddenly become less capable.
The organization simply outgrew the way it operated.

FROM THE FIELD TO THE ORGANIZATION

The environments have changed. The underlying challenge hasn’t.

I spent ten years in the United States Air Force as a SERE Specialist, instructing, leading teams, and working in environments where preparation, communication, and accountability mattered.

Those experiences reinforced something simple: capable people perform better when they have clarity. They need the right information, the authority to make appropriate decisions, and a clear understanding of what they own.

In growing operations, I kept seeing the same principle from another angle. As organizations grow, the informal ways they once communicated, decided, and delegated stop scaling with them.

THE THROUGH LINE

A career shaped by people, operations, and growth.

Different environments. The same recurring question: what allows capable people to perform at their best as complexity increases?

TODAY

Those experiences became the foundation for IDO: a practical way to examine how Information, Decisions, and Ownership work together as an organization grows.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Growth should create opportunity—not organizational drag.

Kyridian exists because growing organizations shouldn’t have to choose between the entrepreneurial energy that made them successful and the structure they need to become something bigger.

The goal isn’t bureaucracy. It isn’t more meetings, more documents, or more process for the sake of process. It’s clarity.

Information
Give people what they need.

Decisions
Give them appropriate authority.

Ownership
Make outcomes unmistakably clear.

THEN LET CAPABLE PEOPLE DO GREAT WORK.
